For those interested in becoming a doula, completion of the midwifery program is not required to become a DAME Doula.
Any student that attends the college and meets the DAME Doula certification requirements will be certified as a DAME Doula.
For those who are interested in our online Doula Training Program this is a great option to self pace your learning. The didactic portion is done online and the practicum in your own community. We certify you via the evaluations of your work done by your doula clients as well as the primary care providers.
For those who are local and wish to take their time rather than attend a weekend workshop we also provide this option as well. In addition we will help pair you with families to meet your certification requirements. Please contact us for details.
